Platinum Membership - All Three Clubs, no restrictions!
18 month agreement period

• All three clubs. These are non-restricted memberships, unlimited club usage.
• 18-month agreement period.
• Payment method is EFT (dues are paid automatically through your checking, savings or
  credit card.)
• Buy-out fee per month of $15.00 if membership is cancelled anytime within the first 12
  months.
• After 18 months automatically rolls over to a month-to-month membership.
• 30-day written notice required for cancellation after agreement has been met.

• Non-Contract.
• Payment method is EFT (dues are paid automatically through your checking, savings or

• Last month’s dues deposit required, deposit is applied to last month of membership.
• 60-day written notice required for cancellation.
• No buy-out fee.

Corporate Membership - All Three Clubs, no restrictions

Check with your Human Resources Department to see if your employer participates.

• All three clubs. These are non-restricted memberships, unlimited club usage.
• 15-month agreement period is minimum required.
• 18-month agreement period carries NO SERVICE FEE.
• Buy-out fee per month of $19.00 if membership is cancelled anytime within the first
  12 months.
• After 15 months (or 18) automatically rolls over to a month-to-month membership.
• 30-day written notice required for cancellation after agreement has been met.

Senior Memberhip - Primary member must be 65 years old or older, All Three Clubs.

• Non-Contract

• Children cannot be added to this membership
• Time restrictions: On weekdays they must check into the club by 3:30 p.m., weekends are unlimited.
• A 30-day written notice is required when canceling membership.
• No children are allowed on this membership.
• No buy-out fee
