Each
Club offers a full line of Selectorized Equipment. The BAC has several
new pieces of Hammer Strength Motion Technology Selectorized Equipment
and Life Fitness Selectorized Equipment. Hammer Strength® has been the

than a decade, providing unmatched purity of movement and functional
strength benefits through unique, revolutionary Motion Technology®.
Hammer Strength® extends the same Motion Technology of its revolutionary
plate-loaded equipment to its Motion Technology Selectorized line.
No
complicated adjustments or lengthy learning curves - Hammer Strength
advanced technology has been directly transferred to high-performance,
yet easy-to-use, selectorized machines. Dual weight stacks preserve
the integrity of the independent arm or leg action and let users obtain
more proportionate results, or train one limb at a time. The result
is an experience that delivers all of the superior advantages of Iso-Lateral
(one side at a time) motion to everyone.
The
Downtown Athletic Club's equipment includes Life Fitness, Universal,
Nautilus and others. The Life Fitness Center has a full set of Life
Fitness selectorized equipment.
The BAC and DAC also have a Cable Crossover machine and each Club has
a Smith Machine allowing for unassisted bench workouts.
Personal Performance Center
The
Personal Performance Center by Life Fitness is a set of 12 computerized
machines that work every major muscle group. It takes about 20 minutes
to complete the circuit. Members are entered into the computer by a
Fitness Instructor and oriented to the equipment. The computer tracks
each of your workouts, remembers how much you are lifting and prepares
the machine for you when you log in. Your first fitness appointment
is free. This circuit is available at the BAC and the LFC.

The
Muscle Mine, Home of the Montana Wrecking Crew Power Lifting Team. The
Muscle Mine is the largest Free Weight Center in town. Here you will
find a full range of bars, benches and plates up to 45 pounds with multiple
pieces of available.
Free Weight Center at BAC
The
Free Weight Center at the BAC is located on the fitness floor. Benches,
bars and plates up to 45 pounds are available.
